Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Company Secretary job at PMDC, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have any of the following:

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants
  • Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Law from a HEC-recognized university

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional post-qualification experience
  • At least 5 years of specific experience as a Company Secretary
  • Proven knowledge in company secretarial work, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 50 years on the closing date

Additional Requirements

  • Must meet the “fit and proper” criteria as per the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023
