π Job Description β Bursar (BPS-18)
The Bursar is accountable for the management of the collegeβs financial and administrative aspects. The role demands a professional who has thorough financial knowledge, managerial ability, and good leadership to make sure college accounts, audits, and budgeting are all running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise college financial accounts and budgets.
- Keep records of receipts, expenditures, and other financial transactions.
- Generate financial statements and check compliance with Sindh Government rules.
- Oversee finance staff and liaise with the auditors and, at times, external agencies.
- Adopt resource utilization and cost control techniques that are obviously effective.
