Eligibility Criteria

    • 4 years of experience in complaint/grievance management or customer service
  • GRMIS Officer

  • GBV Associate
    • Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or Law
    • 3 years working with GBV prevention and safety protocols
  • Gender Associate

  • Social Safeguard Associate
    • Master’s in Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or related
    • 3 years in social/environmental safeguard roles on donor-funded projects

Experience with World Bank-funded projects is an advantage.
