- Grievance Redressal Officer (2 posts)
- GRMIS Officer (1 post)
- Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Associate (1 post)

- Social Safeguard Associate (1 post)

Eligibility Criteria
Each role demands a relevant educational background and experience. Here’s a summary:
- Grievance Redressal Officer
- Master’s in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, etc.
- 4 years of experience in complaint/grievance management or customer service
- GRMIS Officer
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or similar
- 4 years managing systems, helpdesk, or user support
- GBV Associate
- Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or Law
- 3 years working with GBV prevention and safety protocols
- Gender Associate
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years in gender mainstreaming, project planning, and documentation
- Social Safeguard Associate
- Master’s in Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or related
- 3 years in social/environmental safeguard roles on donor-funded projects
Experience with World Bank-funded projects is an advantage.
