Job Descriptions

1. Facility Manager
This role involves complete oversight of ATH’s non-clinical functions. The Facility Manager will supervise:

• Housekeeping and sanitation
• Pest control operations
• Food & beverage planning
• Waste management
• Housing and laundry services
• Horticulture and maintenance
• Health and safety protocols

Required Skills:

• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2. Manager Quality Assurance
This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring hospital-wide quality control programs and regulatory compliance, particularly in line with international standards like JCI (Joint Commission International) and CBAHI (Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Health Administration/Public Health
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Selection Process
