Eligibility Criteria
PCAA has set specific educational and experience requirements for each position.
For Additional Director Positions (EG-07)
- Minimum 16 years of education in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, aviation management, international law, business administration, or LLM from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in aviation, preferably in public or private organizations.
- At least 5 years in middle management or leadership roles.
- Experience in bilateral agreements, ICAO/IATA negotiations, aviation policy, and regulations is preferred.

For Safety Inspector PEL (EG-06)
- 16 years of education in aviation management, business administration, or engineering sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal, safety, or aviation regulatory roles.
- Knowledge of ICAO Annexes, SARPs, and PCAA regulations is essential.
- Must have strong analytical, report-writing, and IT skills.
For Deputy Director IT Systems (EG-03)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, telecom, electrical, or electronic engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in system administration, virtualization, email systems, storage management, and high availability/disaster recovery technologies.
- Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Azure, Amazon, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and technical management skills.
