1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45–60 Years
Minimum Qualification:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Administration, or a PhD in Nursing from an accredited university. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
Minimum Relevant Professional Experience:
• At least 15 years of professional experience in senior manager positions in the health industry.
• At least 5 years in top leadership roles with a large-scale reputable health organization.
• Proven operational excellence and significant leadership experience in institutions.
2. Chief Design & Construction Officer (CDCO)
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 50–60 Years
Minimum Qualification:
Master’s degree (16 years of formal education) in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or Architecture, or related field.
Minimum Relevant Professional Experience:
• At least 10 years in construction management, of which at least 5 years are in positions at a senior supervisory level.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects of PKR 20 billion or more.
• Good knowledge of JCI/IHRA, project management, and compliance.
Senior Manager – Administration & Security
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 40–60 Years
Qualifications:
Master’s (16–18 years) degree in Public Administration, Management Sciences, or Security Management from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) accredited institute.
Experience:
18–20 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, logistics, and corporate security in large organizations or mega infrastructure projects.
Thorough knowledge of PPRA rules, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and government engagement protocols.
Main Duties:
Execution of corporate security and risk management plans.
Manage travel, fleet, facilities, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Liaison with the law enforcement agencies and embassies for official travels.
Prepare standard operating procedures (SOP) for administration, travel, and event management as well as performance reporting.
Report to Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO).
4. Manager – Talent and Rewards
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
Qualifications:
Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management Sciences from a recognized institute.
Experience:
8 to 10 years of progressive human resource (HR) experience, including at least 3 years as a manager.
Strong expertise in performance management, benefits administration, and recruitment.
Knowledge of SECP Section – 42 compliance and PPRA and processes.
Main Duties:
Lead recruitment and onboarding process from start to end.
Oversee performance reviews, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) assessment, and bonus cycles.
Oversee health insurance policies and employee incentive programs.
Maintain HRIS, dashboards, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Report to Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO).
Manager – Accounts Payable
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 35 – 50 Years
Qualification:
CA Finalist / ACCA / ICMA / MBA (Finance) from an accredited institution.
Experience:
6 – 8 years relevant experience, including 03 years in a managerial position.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure/EPC projects with sound competencies.
Thorough knowledge of EPC Contracts, construction workflows, and taxation compliance (FBR/SECP, GST, and With holding).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee outsourced accounts payable functions.
Review and approve payment batches in accordance with stabilization contracts and completion certificates.
Ensure tax compliance and proper documentation.
Coordinate with finance, procurement, legal, and construction departments.
Directly report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
