Instructor (Technical) (Female) BPS-17 01 22–35 years MBBS Degree or equivalent qualifications from PMDC.
Instructor (Non-Technical) (Female) BPS-17 01 22–35 years Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from universities recognized by HEC.
Sister Tutor (Female) BPS-17 01 22–35 years Diploma in Nursing (A-Grade) from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience in any government or registered nursing institution.
Office Assistant (Female) BPS-16 01 22–35 years Bachelor’s degree (minimum second division) with specialized training in office management, shorthand, or IT with 5 years’ relevant experience, 2 of which are in the same position.
IT Assistant BPS-12 01 22–35 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar qualifications with 2 years’ relevant experience.
Warden / Mess Manager (Female) BPS-11 01 22-35 years Secondary School Certificate with 24-month Family Welfare Worker training from an RTI the Population Welfare Department and 3 years of experience.
Store Keeper BPS-11 01 22-35 years Intermediate or equivalent with a diploma/certificate in Computer/Information Technology and 5 years relevant experience.
Conditions for All Candidates:
1. All applicants will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted later on, and any applicant who is found ineligible will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.
2. All applicants will create a profile online, www.etea.edu.pk. Before applying, the applicants must print an E-Sahulat Token from ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat Kiosk.
3. All applicants must have a valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.
4. ETEA will conduct a screening test with a merit-based selection.
5. Employment will be purely on a contract basis till completion of the project.
6. These are project-based posts and will end automatically after the project.
7. Salary package will be fixed lump-sum pay package as per the KPK Government Project Policy.
Shortlisting: Only candidates who have been shortlisted will be called for an interview.
Eligibility cutoff: All candidates must meet the eligibility requirements by the application deadline.
Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or submitted late will not be accepted.
Government Employees: Candidates employed by the government/semi-government organizations must apply through the due process.
Multiple Applications: Candidates can apply for more than one post, but must submit separate applications and test fees.
Document Verification: Originals and attested copies of all documents will be required at the time of the interview.
Adjustment in Vacancies: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease several vacancies.
Right to Cancel: The department reserves the right to reject/cancel any application without disclosing a reason.
Unchecking Qualifications: Any qualification that cannot be verified or cannot be validated based on the HEC Equivalent letter will not be accepted.
No TA /DA: No TA/DA will be given for the test or interview.
Foreign Degree holders: Applicants with foreign degrees must submit their equivalence certificates from HEC.
Incorrect Information: Any candidate found to have submitted incorrect information will be disqualified and legal action will follow.
Error and Omission Correction: Any errors or omissions in the number of posts are opened up for correction.

Deposit Slip: A deposit slip will be generated after you have filled out and submitted the form online. This deposit slip will contain your token number, project code, and your personal details.
Paying the Fee: You will need to print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee using Easypaisa, JazzCash, or in person at any UBL Bank branch via UBL Omni Agent.
Retain the Proof: You must retain the original bank deposit slip (candidate copy) for later use.
Do not send ETEA documents: Do not send ETEA documents with your application; documents will only be required from those candidates who are shortlisted and selected for verification of the documents.
Application Form Availability: The online application form will be available on ETEA’s website from October 15, 2025.
Closing Date: The last date to apply online is October 31, 2025.
Roll Number Slips: All candidates wishing to take part in the exam will have access to their roll number slips directly from the website before the test.
Test Information: Once you retrieve your pass from the ETEA website, it will include the date, time, and location of your test. No telephone call letters will be sent.
