Ministry of Climate Change Available Vacancies and eligibility :
WASH Policy Specialist (PPS-10). Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or a related field from a recognized university. A minimum of ten years of post-qualification experience in research, policy analysis, WASH, and sustainable development is required. Candidates with experience in government, semi-government, intergovernmental organizations, or the UN system will be preferred. The maximum age limit is 52 years.
GIS and Monitoring Specialist (PPS-10). For this role, a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or Geoinformatics is required. Candidates must have at least eight years of professional experience in GIS analysis, monitoring, or spatial data-related work in relevant organizations. The maximum age limit is 52 years.
WASH Reporting Officer (PPS-08). A Master’s degree in Environmental Science or Climate Change is required along with at least five years of relevant experience in SDG reporting, communications, or sustainable development. The maximum age for this position is 35 years.
GIS/MIS Officer (PPS-08). Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in GIS, Geoinformatics, or a related discipline, with at least five years of post-qualification experience in MIS, GIS analysis, or spatial data management. The upper age limit is 35 years.
WASH Coordination Officer (PPS-08). Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Climate Change, or Water Resource Management. At least five years of experience in WASH programming, public health-related WASH projects, or PSDP-funded initiatives is required. Strong knowledge of SDG 6 and related indicators is essential. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Motion Design Lead / Senior Animator (PPS-09). Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, or Graphic Design. A minimum of six years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling is mandatory. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is required, while experience with Blender or Cinema 4D will be considered an asset. A portfolio of past work is compulsory. The maximum age is 45 years.
Social Media Manager (PPS-08). Candidates must hold a degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or Digital Media, with at least five years of experience managing institutional or campaign-level social media platforms. Strong knowledge of digital advocacy, community engagement, and Content Strategist (Urdu) (PPS-08). Applicants must have a degree in Urdu Literature, Journalism, or Mass Communication. At least four years of proven experience in Urdu content writing, scriptwriting, or copywriting for development or advocacy campaigns is necessary. Strong creative writing and proofreading skills are required. The age limit is 35 years.
Public Policy Analyst (PPS-09). Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Climate Change, Environmental Engineering, Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or Economics. Preference will be given to those holding higher qualifications (PhD) from a foreign university. At least seven years of experience in policy, climate change, environment protection, or marine biodiversity projects is required. The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Admin & Finance Officer (PPS-08). Candidates must have a degree in Finance, MBA, or Management, with at least five years of experience in project administration, financial management, and procurements under PSDP or donor-funded projects. The maximum age is 35 years.
Admin/Office Assistant (PPS-06). Three vacancies are available for this post. Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, with at least three years of relevant work experience. The maximum age is 30 years.
Driver (PPS-02). Two posts are available. Applicants must have at least a Middle or Matric qualification, a valid driving license, and a minimum of three years of driving experience in government or private organizations. The maximum age limit is 45 years.
