Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference will be given to those with a Master’s qualification. A minimum of 10 years of professional banking experience is required, including 3 years in regional/area leadership roles, ideally in consumer banking or business development. Applicants should be no older than 40 years by the last date of application submission.

- Proven record in team coaching, performance tracking, and KPI-based delivery
- Good geographical knowledge of the Sindh region, especially Hyderabad

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will:
- Lead sales teams, including Relationship Managers and Team Leads
- Drive regional sales for both conventional and Islamic products
- Monitor monthly/quarterly targets, profitability, and team performance
- Design and execute area-specific sales action plans and marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and product/service benchmarking
- Build and maintain high-value customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, banking laws, and audit requirements
- Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve excellence
- Coordinate for the promotion of a unified “One Bank” culture across regions
