Eligibility Criteria for HIT Jobs 2025
- Specialist (Ophthalmologist): FCPS qualified with at least 1 year of experience after specialization. Registration with the PMDC is mandatory. Retired Armed Forces officers (Lt Col/Major) classified as Ophthalmologist specialists are also eligible.
- Assistant Personnel Officer: Master’s Degree with CGPA 3.0 or above. Preference for candidates having administrative and supply chain experience. Retired Majors/Captains with strong administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Medical Officer: MBBS from a recognized institution, registered with PMDC, and 2 years of post-house job experience. Retired Army Medical Corps (AMC) officers (Major rank) can also apply.
- Assistant Works Manager: BE/BS/BSc in Mechatronics, Computer, or Metallurgy Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, recognized by PEC. Retired EME officers with 5 years of service are also eligible.
- Driver MT: Middle pass with HTV license holders preferred. Retired army drivers with valid HTV/PSV licenses are highly suitable.
Experience Requirements
Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in relevant fields is necessary. However, fresh degree holders with outstanding academic records can also apply for specific posts.
Age Limit
- Civilians: 18 to 45 years (varies per post)
- Retired Armed Forces: Up to 50 years
