Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for the role of CEO/MD at SSGC, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, Energy Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Law from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate degree.
- Experience: At least 20 years of post-qualification experience in large organizations, with a minimum of 5 years in a C-suite leadership role. Candidates must demonstrate strategic leadership, people management, change management, and a strong understanding of the energy sector.
- Skills Required:
- Strategic vision with implementation capacity
- Deep knowledge of the oil & gas sector
