Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Deputy Manager (Design – E&I): BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in E&I design, PLC systems, industrial sensors, and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Deputy Manager (Logistics): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or BE (Mechanical) with 6-8 years of logistics experience in public sector or large manufacturing industries.
- Assistant Manager (Design-R&D): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in R&D, reverse engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and 3D Scanning.
- Assistant Manager (Design-Structure/Transmission Line Towers): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in steel structure and transmission tower design using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and TEKLA Structure.
- Assistant Manager (Contracts): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management or Contract Management with 4-5 years of experience in contract drafting and procurement.
- Assistant Manager (Foundry & Forge): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Metallurgy/Materials Engineering with expertise in pattern-making and molding.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical Works): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in fabrication and steel manufacturing.
- Supervisors (Tech): DAE (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Mechatronics) with 5 years of experience in welding, steel fabrication, and machining.
- Supervisor (Logistics): DAE (Mechanical) or Retired Army JCO/NCO (SMT) with 3 years of experience in logistics management.
