Available Positions
NFC-IET, Multan is looking to hire the following roles:
- Registrar (BPS-20): 01 position for 3 years (with a renewal option).
- Controller of Examinations (Equivalent to BPS-20): 01 position, initially for three years (renewable).
- Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer (Equivalent to BPS-20): 01 position for 3 years (renewable).
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates need to possess the required educational qualifications and post qualification experience to apply for the required posts.
1. Registrar
Candidates need to qualify on a basis of either of the following combination of qualification and experience:
- PhD or equivalent from any institute/ university recognized by HEC with an 8 years post qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 or above or equivalent.
- MS/MPhil or equivalent from an institute/University recognized by HEC and with 10 years administrative experience after the qualification in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.
- Master’s Degree (Second Division) or equivalent: from an institute/university recognized by the HEC with 12 years of administrative experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.
2. Controller of Examinations
Applicants should have one of the following qualifications:
- Eighth years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above or equivalent of conduct of examinations at an institute / university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with PhD or post-PhD degree qualification – Experience in the relevant field of conduct of examinations.
- MS/MPhil or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute or University, having 10 years of relevant experience after qualification in BPS-17 or equivalent of government service.
- Mastery degree (Second Division) or equivalent from an institute or university recognized by HEC with twelve years of relevant work experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in conducting examinations.
3. Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer
Applicants should have one of the following qualifications/experience:
- Doctorate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or Economics from an Institute / University recognized by the HEC, 8 years of experience in Audit and Accounts at BPS-17/Above or Equivalent with specialization in the relevant field.
- MS/MPhil in Finance, Commerce, Accounting and Auditing or equivalent from HEC recognized institute/University with 10 years of experience in BPS-17 or above or equivalent in Audit and Accounts.
- MBA (Finance), M.HEC Recognized Institute/ University with the following years of post qualification experience in Audit and Accounts: Com, CA or ACMA or M.Sc. Economics (Second Division) with 12 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or above or equivalent.
Other qualifications for all three jobs:
- Digital skills are compulsory.
- Applicants should not be younger than 55 years.
