Job Description & Requirements
The following experience and requirements are needed for the roles.
Project Director:
Candidates must have experience in designing, implementing and managing projects. They must have experience in documenting projects, purchasing commodities and materials, managing consultants and contractors and creating reports.
They must be familiar with PEC, PPRA, Planning Commission, Finance, Project Management and other government regulations.
Project Engineer:
Candidates must have experience in civil engineering and must be familiar with PEC, PPRA, Planning Commission, Finance, Project Management, Building Construction and government regulations.
Assistant Programmer/Network Administrator:
Candidates must have experience with designing and managing LAN/WAN networks. They must have experience with network administration, server management, configuring Cisco equipment, troubleshooting and backup.
Accountant:
Candidates must have experience with financial management and must be familiar with government regulations and financial management.
Eligibility
Please ensure that you meet the requirements for the following roles.
1. University Engineer (BPS-19)
- Must have a B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) from an recognised University.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience working with building, road, water supply and sewerage projects in a national or international organisation.
- Maximum age: 50
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil) (BPS-17)
- Must have a B.Sc. Civil/Building and Architecture.
- Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
3. Assistant Programmer/Network Administrator (BPS-16)
- Must have a BS Computer Science (4 years), BS IT (4 years), BS Software Engineering (4 years), MCS, M.Sc. IT or equivalent from an HEC recognised institute/University.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience designing and managing LAN/WAN networks in a public or private sector organisation with a high number of network nodes.
- Must have hands on experience with ADS, DNS, DHCP, SMBA, FTP, Apache, ISA, Exchange, Email and Proxy servers on Window and UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Must have excellent configuration skills with Cisco Switches and Routers.
- Must have experience with troubleshooting networks and managing performance on Windows/Linux.
- Must have experience with backup and recovery tools and installing Windows.
4. Sub-Engineer (Civil) (BPS-14)
- Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from an recognised University/Institute.
- Must have 5 years experience as a Sub-Engineer (Civil).
5. Project Director (PPS-09)
- Must have a 2 nd class Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years) or M.Sc./MS/M.Phil. (equivalent to 18 years) in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC/PEC recognised institution.
- Age Limit: 35-60 Years
Experience:
- For those with a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (16 years): Must have a minimum of 12 years relevant experience after qualification. This must include 7 years’ experience in designing, implementing/managing projects, documenting projects, purchasing, managing consultants and contractors and creating reports.
- For those with an M.Sc./MS/M.Phil. (18 years): Must have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience after qualification. This must include 5 years’ experience in the above mentioned areas.
- Must be familiar with relevant government regulations.
6. Project Engineer (PPS-07)
- Must have a 2 nd class Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree (16 years) or M.Sc. (18 years) in Civil Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognised institution.
- Must be registered with the PEC.
- Age Limit: 35-50 Years
Experience:
- For those with a Bachelor’s Degree (16 years): Must have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience after qualification.
- For those with an M.Sc. (18 years): Must have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience after qualification.
- Must be familiar with PEC, PPRA, Planning Commission, Finance, Project Management, Building Construction and relevant government regulations.
7. Accountant (PPS-07)
- Must have a 2 nd class Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) or Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent from an HEC recognised University.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience after qualification.
- Must be familiar with government regulations relating to financial management.
- Age Limit: 25-40 Years
8. Computer Operator (PPS-06)
- Must have a 2 nd class Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years) from an HEC recognised University/Institution.
- Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Computer Operator and/or Document Controller in construction or similar projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in documenting projects, data entry and office administration.
- Age Limit: 26-30 Years
