The job will involve:
- Lead/Senior animator for motion design projects.Lead/Senior animator for motion design projects.
Applicant should have professional experience in motion design, animation or visual storytelling to produce motion content that is compelling and translates complex or technical data.
Candidates must be well versed in:
- Laser cutter, vector work, text, HTML, expressions, effects and 2.5D animation in Adobe After Effects
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Premiere Pro
These can be used in other 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D tools, freely.
Experience producing work is preferred, within or as part of public, development or environmental production. Local knowledge of the problems of Pakistan and its governance is also an asset.

IT and Data Specialist
IT and Data Specialist role specifications are based on relevant post-qualification experience in the following:

Eligibility Criteria
Motion Design Lead/Senior Animator
- Animation, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in motion design, animation or visual storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in the specified Adobe applications.
- Professional portfolio with animation is required.
- Experience public, development, and/or environmental sector is a plus.
IT and Data Specialist
- 16-years of experience in the field of IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- At least 8 years experience in IT operations, cyber security, database, systems and digital solutions relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Knowledge of programming, databases, software development and web development.
- Knowledge of networking principles and supporting IT infrastructure.
Important Information
- Those places are only temporary and part of the STC-MoCC&EC project.
- The contract is for a period of 2 years and can be extended for a further year on satisfactory performance or up to completion of the project ( whichever is earlier).
- The general relaxation of 5 years for age has already been considered into the given age limits.
- The recruitment and selection of government servants must be done in accordance with the law through appropriate channels.
- HEC Equivalence Certificate is required for foreign qualifications.
- Test/Interviews will be called for only those candidates who are short listed and fulfill the specified conditions.
