TTM Revoo is looking for a Head of Finance (HOD Finance – EV) for their business in Karachi. The role is for a professional with 12 to 15 years’ post qualification experience, preferably in a senior finance leadership position, who is qualified as a CA, ACCA or as CMA.
Job Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership for the overall finance function and support the financial and commercial success of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Take charge of the overall finance function, which comprises financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Take ownership of the business P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and overall financial performance.
- Compile monthly management accounts, MIS and financial analysis and present to senior management.
- Advise on, oversee and lead annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasts.
- Report on business performance to budgets and track key financial risks, variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury activities, working capital and banking relations.
- Ensure effective management of receivables, payables, inventory and overall working capital.
- Increase the level of financial controls, governance & compliance throughout business.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and management financial statements accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Produce compliance with relevant accounting principles, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial & commercial information for key business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and others to drive profitability and financial results.
- Monitor and report product margin and profitability.
- Assist in capital expenditure planning, business cases and investment evaluations.
- Communicate with outside accountants, banks, tax specialists and other parties.
- Develop, lead and mentor with finance team and build good functional capability.
