  • Creating KPIs, logical frameworks, and tools for data collection.
  • Maintenance of centralized data systems and integrity of data.
  • Third-party assessment and impact evaluation.
  • Reporting to donors and senior management.
  • Experience with various government agencies, NGOs, and donor organizations is preferred.

Chief Audit Officer

The position has experience-based demands, such as

  • Internal audit, risk management, and compliance.
  • Internal audit in line with the risk approach.
  • Assessment and recommendations of internal controls.
  • Assuring adherence to financial and administrative regulations.
  • Investigating financial irregularities and preparing audit reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Director (HR & Admin)

Qualification: Experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 16 years of education from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities in business administration, HRM, public administration (MPA), or arts & humanities. M. will be given preference. Graduates with a Phil/PhD degree in the appropriate science disciplines.

Experience: 10+ years of verifiable relevant experience in the public/private sector, including 3+ years of senior-level experience in a medium/large-sized organization.

Director (Partnership & Collaboration)

Requirements: 16 years minimum education in mass communication, business administration, public relations, international development, or social sciences from HEC-recognized national/foreign universities. M. Preference will be given to those students with a Phil/PhD degree.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of verifiable relevant experience, with 3 years at the senior level in a medium- or large-sized organization.

Director (Academics & Research)

Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in education planning, research, curriculum development, management sciences, or social sciences from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities. For M, preference will be given. Phil/PhD degree holders.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of verifiable relevant experience with at least 3 years senior level within a medium/large-sized organization.

Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

Satisfied by possession of at least a 16-year degree in statistics, economics, public/business administration, data sciences, MIS, or mathematics from recognized universities of the country or abroad by HEC. M.Phil/PhD degree holders will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in a medium- or large-sized organization at a senior level.

Chief Audit Officer

Eligibility: ACCA, CMA, CA, or at least 16 years of study in finance, accounting, commerce, or another related discipline from any HEC-recognized national/foreign university.

Experience: 5+ years’ verifiable relevant experience in the public sector and/or the private sector.

Assistant Director (Training & OAT): coordinates and develops training and OAT activities.

The minimum qualifications include 16 years of study in education planning, HRM, social sciences, business administration, or a related academic discipline from a recognized national or foreign university. Priority will be given to M.Phil/PhD degree holders.

Experience: Desirable: 3 years of verifiable relevant experience in the public and/or private sector post-qualification.
