Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

Candidates will be required to have a minimum of Second Class Intermediate in any recognized board with Matric Science.

Age Limit

All age range between 18 and 30 years old is obligatory. The age will be calculated till the last date of the applications.

Domicile

The candidates should be having domicile of district Mardan or domicile within the jurisdiction of wildlife division, Mardan.

Physical Standards

Important Information

  • The appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing rules of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • Qualification Test shall be open for Eligible candidates who are domicile of Mardan Wildlife Division with physical standards.
  • Person who is found ineligible at any point in the scrutiny process may be deemed ineligible for recruitment.
  • The interview will be called only the short listed candidates.
  • Candidates should not change and close their mobile SIM till end of recruitment process. Otherwise, it will be the job of the candidate.
  • Applications not completed and after deadline will not be considered.
  • Relaxation will be provided depending on the government policy (relaxation upper age).
  • Candidates who are already posted in Government Institutions must apply through proper channel.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing in the test / interview.
  • Selected Wildlife Watchers will have to go for training in Abbottabad training camp in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • If a selected Wildlife Watcher leaves the job before completion of five years, the candidate will be bound to repay all expenses incurred on the training.
  • Interview: Original educational documents must be presented.
  • Waiting list will be in effect for three months from the time of interview.
  • Only original degrees/certificates will be accepted. They will be verified by relevant board/institution after recruitment and it is the responsibility of the candidate to bear the expenses of verification.
  • In case, if a degree or certificate is found to be fake, the candidate will be declared ineligible for the job and legal action will be taken.
  • If the candidate is in possession of a foreign degree, then he/she is required to submit a certificate issued by Higher Education Commission.
  • Police Department must provide a Police Clearance Certificate.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates are requested to submit their applications on line at ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk first.

Candidates need to register their profile on ETEA website before filling application form of any job/position and paying application charges. Candidates will have to register for the profile and print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website after registering and then verify their CNIC number from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. If the candidates do not have this, they would not be able to apply for the vacancy.

Once the online application is submitted, a particular deposit slip will be sent out to the candidate which will have the token number, project code and personal details. Prescribed fee should be deposited at the bank branch, using the deposit slip.

Documents should not be sent to the ETEA office on initial receipt of online application. If a candidate passes the screening test then documents will be sought when necessary.

Educational Testing Entrepreneur Association (ETEA) will notify the candidates to download and print their Roll Number slip on its website via SMS. Candidates must have an active mobile phone number for the recruitment process.

The proposed date, time and venue of the test will be in the roll number slip. It will NOT be issued with a separate call letter for the screening test.
