Job Responsibilities
The e-Sahulat franchisee network will be monitored and compliant through selected candidates for the role of Monitoring & Compliance Officer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide oversight on the e-Sahulat franchisee network to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and the approved operational standards.
- Introduce monitoring and compliance systems, checklists, SOPs and reporting systems.
- Conduct follow-up action plans with regional teams, franchises and relevant stakeholders to address issues identified.
- Review operational and compliance information and report and summarise to management on a regular basis.
- Observe the performance of franchisee(s) and decipher any trends or recurring issues, risks and areas that need management intervention.
- Ensure compliance SOPs are implemented in a coordinated way with regional teams.
- Contribute to fulfilling department goals and on-time delivery.
- Liaise with official correspondence, reports, presentations and communications pertaining to monitoring and compliance.
- Attend relevant meetings and liaise with internal/external stakeholders for assigned tasks.
- Do any other duty delegated by reporting officer.

Qualification
Candidates are required to have a Master’s degree, 4 year Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC.
