Audit Supervisor
United Towel Exporters is looking for an Audit Supervisor who will be responsible for planning, executing, documenting and follow up the audits as per approved audit plan, procedure and timelines.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibility of the person appointed to be the Audit Supervisor will be:
- Conducting and implementing process audits in line with the approved annual audit plan.
- Reviewing SOPs, assessing controls and running compliance testing.
- Keeping complete and accurate audit working papers, evidence, data and records.
- Revisiting and/or Corrective Action Request (CAR) work within the timeframe following corrective actions.
- Attending special audits and investigations such as incident investigations, operational reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
A Master’s or a Graduation degree, from a recognized University/Institute by HEC, is required.
Experience
3-4 years or more of relevant experience required. Experience in the textile Industry a plus.
Skills
The following skills and character traits are emphasized:
- Familiarity with MS Office and SAP application.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities.
- Combined Multi-tasks and Problem solving skills.
- Planning, performing, recording and closing audits in accordance with audit plans, procedures and deadlines.
